Everyone is welcome to visit FantaSea Resorts, Flagship even if not eligible for this promotion. This offer is designed for credit worthy married couples (both parties must attend) over the age of 25, with a combined income of at least $50,000 or credit worthy single persons over the age of 30, with an annual income at least $50,000 or credit worthy cohab or engaged and living together (both must attend) with a combined annual income of at least $50,000, and over the age of 25. Multiple families or couples who know each other are not eligible to tour on the same day. Children may accompany their parents on the presentation (maximum of 2 children may attend the presentation). Promotional package is given in exchange for taking a fun and informative presentation of our resort (120 to 150 Minutes). The price range of timesharing vacation plans available is $9,900 to $40,000. The purpose of this advertising promotion is to acquaint you with our facilities and vacation ownership program (timesharing): however, you are under no obligation to purchase and you will receive your promotional package upon completion of the presentation. Because of the value of this offer you must bring 2 forms of identification: a Driver’s License plus a Major Credit Card. Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards, and Checkbooks are NOT acceptable forms of identification for this promotion. Airline Ticket or Hotel Discount Redemption - The 4 Round Trip Airline Ticket Vacation Package uses only the major airline carriers. Accommodations must be reserved in conjunction with the four roundtrip airline tickets through the air ticketing agency starting as low as sixty nine dollars per night depending upon destination selection (e.g. Ramada Plaza Hotel and Inn) (e.g. Hilton, Sheraton, Westin, Marriot, etc. rates are higher) with minimum stays ranging from three to twelve nights depending upon destination selection. Minimum stay for Europe destinations range from seven to fourteen nights. Refer to page 22 of the First Priority Travel Book. Inter-island airfare in Hawaii is not included. You can use all four tickets for one vacation if you reserve two accommodations. Only one accommodation is necessary if you just use two tickets. This offer has no surrender value and the sponsor=s individual cost for each premium is minimal. You are responsible for the room rental. Oral representations are not to be relied upon. Taxes, food, gratuities and other charges not mentioned are not included. Travel is not permitted during peak travel and event periods. There are Black-Out dates during which travel is not permitted. This includes not beginning, ending or overlapping travel dates during Black-Out dates. Refer to page 25of the First Priority Travel Book. You can also choose the hotel discount option which is explained in the brochure. The certificate for the 3day/2night mini-vacation is sponsored by GRAND INCENTIVES. This vacation offer is for 2 adults 21 years of age and older. Up to 2 children under the age of 18 may stay in parent's room for $10 per child. There is a $50.00 refundable room guarantee deposit required. Once your deposit is received your reservations will be processed. All reservations should be made at least 45 days in advance. All reservations are subject to availability. Driver=s license required for verification of age and major bank credit card required- no debit cards. Certain peak times and locations may be extremely limited, for example, June, July, and August. The 3 day/2night mini vacation does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls, or items of personal nature. Dining Dough Cards must be registered online with your code. There is no expiration date. Select your zip code, select the restaurant of your choice from the participating restaurants, print your discount certificate and dine. Redemption instructions are on the back of the card. Rules, discounts, and restrictions for each restaurant are up to the participating restaurant. Limit of one (1) certificate per restaurant. Multiple certificates may not be combined at a restaurant. Dining Dough Cards and certificates have no cash value. The Walk Discount Coupon. can be redeemed at the Atlantic City Outlet Shops for a Customer Discount Book with discounts at shops like Disney, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Gap, Guess, Izod, Polo and others. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at its own discretion. FantaSea Resorts reserves the right to substitute gifts of an equal or greater value should the indicated gifts not be available at the time of your preview. Flagship Resort Development Corp.
